NOTICE:  VENDOR BOOTH REGISTRATION FOR THE 2010 EVENT IS NOW CLOSED! 

Booth Vendors: $50 includes 8ft booth space, table covering, breakfast & lunch for one booth representative, event program listing, speaker program attendance. A continental breakfast and lunch meal is included for one booth representative free of charge. Each additional person requesting a meal must pay the fee of $15.

*Multiple Vendor Policy: Please note that the Women’s Wellness Day Committee has a policy in place that only allows one vendor per product line to participate in the event. For example, only one Mary Kay vendor can participate in Women’s Wellness Day. The policy does allow for a yearly rotation of these vendors.
