Women’s Wellness Day 2010 is slated for Saturday, March 13th, at Kingsford High School. We hope you can be a part of this premiere event for women! For the past 23 years, this event has been attended by women just like you, who are committed to living life to its fullest while remaining as healthy as possible.

You won’t want to miss this year’s keynote speaker….Joanne Lichten, PhD, RD (a.k.a ”Dr. Jo”).  Her presentation titled -  What Every Woman Wants: Great Legs, More Energy & Peace of Mind is sure to please this year’s audience.
